Impact resistant Gloves
Impact Resistant Gloves OEM Manufacturers | Direct Factory Sialkot
Anti-impact gloves are designed to protect the back of the hand from “pinch point” injuries, crushing forces, and bone fractures.
They are distinguishable by Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) bumpers on the knuckles and fingers that disperse force away from the bones.
Standardized Protection Levels (ANSI/ISEA 138)
The international standard for impact protection rates gloves on a scale of 1 to 3, based on the amount of force (in kilonewtons) transferred through the glove.
Level 1 (Light): Transmits < 9 kN. Best for tasks where hands may slip and hit a hard object (e.g., light assembly).
Level 2 (Medium): Transmits < 6.5 kN. Recommended for construction, material handling, and oil and gas.
Level 3 (Heavy): Transmits < 4 kN. Highest protection for high-risk industrial work with heavy machinery or falling debris.
